Parent & Guardian Arrival & Venue Access Instructions
- Upon arrival at Newport World Resorts, immediately coordinate with your Assigned Coordinator.
- Your contact number will be shared with the coordinators in advance so they can easily reach you on the event day.
Directions to Theater Backstage
- At the Newport entrance, ask the security guards for directions to the Newport Performing Arts Theater Backstage.
- Security personnel are familiar with the venue layout and will guide you to the correct location.
- Once at the Backstage area, contact your Assigned Coordinator, who will be waiting for participants.
- For late arrivals, remain in the Backstage area and wait for the coordinator to assist you.
Backstage Access Policy (Strictly Enforced)
- Access to the Backstage area is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
- Only students and assigned coordinators are allowed inside the Backstage area.
- Parents are not permitted to enter the Backstage area.
- Exception: If the participant is four (4) years old, one (1) guardian is required to accompany the child.
- The guardian must request an Access ID. Only one guardian per child will be allowed.
Entrance for Parents, Guests, and Audience
- Parents, guests, and audience members must use the front entrance of the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
- A ticket booth will be available at the front of the theater for additional seat purchases.
- All reserved tickets will be distributed by your Assigned Coordinator.
Participants with Modeling and Dancing Segments
- If assistance is needed for outfit changes, you may request one (1) guardian to accompany the participant backstage.
- Once inside the Backstage area, the guardian must remain there and may not proceed to the front of the theater.
- The guardian must stay in the Backstage area until the event concludes.
Backstage Stay & Grand Finale Policy
- All participants must remain in the Backstage area until the end of the event.
- The program concludes with the Grand Finale, where all performers return to the stage.
- Performers must stay in their complete performance outfit until the event officially ends.
Event Overview
“Synergy in Motion” is a thoughtfully staged Grand Recital that unites modeling and dance into a cohesive year-end presentation. Students from JAMS Artist Talent Center branches nationwide take center stage, showcasing refined technique, artistic expression, and confidence developed through sustained training.
Select performances by JAMS Artists further elevate the program, reinforcing mentorship, inspiration, and creative excellence. The event is presented as a hybrid experience with a live audience and digital broadcast via JAMSAP TV.
Production Timeline
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN: Venue setup, blocking, technical preparations, and rehearsals
- 12:00 NN – 1:00 PM: Lunch break
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Full technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue dry run
- 3:00 PM: Gates open for audience entry
- 4:00 PM: Official start of the Grand Recital Program
- 7:00 PM: End of show
Performer Readiness & Attendance
All performers, coaches, and production personnel are required to strictly observe assigned call times. Timely arrival is essential to maintain rehearsal flow and overall production quality.
Performers must arrive at the venue fully dressed and fully made up. Backstage areas are reserved exclusively for dressing and staging coordination.
“Synergy in Motion: The JAMS Artists Grand Year-End Recital 2025” is the culminating presentation of the artistic growth, discipline, and creative refinement nurtured by the JAMS Artists Talent Center throughout the year.
The Grand Recital brings together students from JAMS branches nationwide in a thoughtfully curated program of modeling and dance, presented with precision, cohesion, and elevated production standards. Select appearances by JAMS Artists further enrich the evening, highlighting mentorship, inspiration, and artistic excellence.
Hosted at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, the event is designed as an immersive live experience, complemented by a simultaneous broadcast via JAMSAP TV. This hybrid presentation allows families, partners, and invited guests to share in a refined celebration of talent, achievement, and collaboration on both a national and international stage.

This segment highlights Filipino heritage through a refined, modern modeling presentation. Wardrobe choices should balance cultural identity with elegance and visual harmony.

Performance Attire
Dancing students will wear attire curated specifically for each musical piece and overall performance concept. Outfits are thoughtfully selected to align with the music, choreography, and visual narrative of the presentation.
Coach Styling Direction
All wardrobe details — including colors, styling, and any required costume elements — will be provided by the assigned coach. Instructions will be communicated in advance to allow ample time for preparation.
Event Readiness & Rehearsal
To maintain a seamless and refined presentation, JAMS Artist Talent Center will have designated backup dancers present on-site. All dancing students are respectfully requested to arrive at the official call time for pre-event rehearsal and final coordination.

Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including personal conflicts, illness, or changes in schedule.
Merchandise & Souvenirs
- All purchases of official JAMS merchandise, souvenirs, and memorabilia are final. Guests are encouraged to inspect items carefully prior to purchase.
Artist Workshops, Masterclasses & Services
- All fees related to artist participation, including registrations, workshops, and services, are non-refundable. These fees cover preparation, resources, and instructional commitments.
Sponsorship Contracts & Agreements
- All sponsorship contracts, agreements, and financial commitments entered into with JAMSAP Entertainment Corporation are binding and non-refundable.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
- In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, an official advisory will be issued outlining rescheduling details, credits, or any revised policies.
By purchasing a ticket, participating in event activities, or entering into any contractual agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
1. Entry & Security
- All guests must undergo security screening and bag checks before entry.
- Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, oversized bags, and items deemed unsafe by venue staff.
2. In-Theater Conduct
- No flash photography or personal recording. Only official event coverage is permitted.
- No outside food or drinks. Concessions are available in the lobby before the show and during intermission.
- Please respect your assigned seating and keep aisles/stairways clear at all times.
3. General Reminders
- Maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor during performances.
- Arrive on time; latecomers may be seated only during a break in the performance.

Backstage Use
Backstage areas are designated exclusively as dressing and holding spaces. To ensure safety, order, and timely transitions, no makeup application or styling activities will take place backstage.
Rehearsals & Backup Performers
Designated backup dancers will be present on-site as part of the production protocol. All dancing students are respectfully requested to attend the scheduled rehearsals prior to the event to ensure full readiness.
Audience & Guest Courtesy
Guests are encouraged to arrive early and be seated before the program begins. We kindly request that all attendees observe theater etiquette to help create a refined and enjoyable experience for everyone.
